The Dhanush District Court, Janakpur, has imposed the punishment of a 6-month sentence in prison and 1 lakh fine on husband for raping his own wife. Single bench judge Dilkumar Wardewa gave the decision on 2082 Jestha 31, Friday.
This case was registered on 2079 Chaitra 29, and after 36 hearings, the court came to this conclusion.
