Four members of a Nepali family were found dead inside their apartment in Manassas Park, Virginia, on Thursday night. The victims include a 38-year-old man, a 36-year-old woman, their 8-year-old daughter, and 2-year-old son.
Police said all four died from gunshot wounds. A gun was found at the scene. The family members have been identified as Santosh Pariyar, Anju Shrestha, and their two children.
The police were called to the apartment around 10:40 PM after the landlord became worried. The landlord said he had not heard from the family for several days. When police entered the home, they found all four people dead.

Officers say the case may be a murder-suicide, but they have not confirmed who fired the gun. The bodies have been sent for post-mortem examination, and the investigation is still ongoing.
Neighbors told police that the family had moved to the U.S. from Nepal about six months ago. The Nepali community in the area is deeply saddened by the incident.
