Supreme Court- Open University students should participate in the advocate’s license exam

Supreme Court says, Open University students should participate in the advocate’s license exam. The Supreme Court has issued an interim order to allow students who have passed LLB from the Open University to participate in the advocate’s license examination on Thursday.

The Bar Council had issued a notice prohibiting Open University students from filling out the licensing exam form.

The deadline to fill out the form for the advocate license exam is Asar 21. The students had gone to the Supreme Court after they were unable to fill out the form.

A bench of Justices Kumar Regmi and Til Prasad Shrestha ordered not to deprive them from filling out the form and participating in the examination.
