Senior Advocate compulsorily need to take one advocate while presenting oral argument in bench

Supreme court of Nepal has issued a notice regarding the senior advocate & advocate. The notice mentioned that, “all the senior advocate need to include an advocate with him/her compulsorily in the bench while presenting oral argument.” As our Rules of Professional Code of Conduct of Legal Practitioners, 2079 (2023) Section 6(a) stated Senior advocates should include at least one additional advocate for professional assistance while presenting oral arguments before the Bench in any case.
